Able to book a triple room for one night. Convenient for terminal 4, Heathrow.
Very basic, dated and poorly lit room.

Cheap and 5mins brisk walk from Feltham train station
Get what you pay for e.g. a little grubby. But it is clean and acceptable so worth the money

The main reason for my stay was that within reason you could leave your car free of charge whilst taking a mini break away.
I could'nt find anything really as it was a clean efficient and great value run establishment.

This is very good base for visiting Lodon for the weekend, we had 2 rooms and both were clean and tidy, we had a hot water, bathroom work perfectly, everyday we had new towels, staff is helpfull and friendly, breakfast is continental. I wouldn't recommended for long term stay but it is perfect place for the short breaks. Shopping center, bus and tube station are very close from hotel. I am happy I had not canncelled my reservation after all the negative comments I found. Next time I would choose this hotel again - good value for money.

Quick to be registered and put in a room, good price, nice room with toilet and shower. Bed was really comfortable and rooms were evidently well-maintained.
Breakfast staff judgemental about how much food you were allowed to eat, seemed to favour mature couples and older people over young couples or young people. 'Continental Breakfast' was toast with butter and jam, and two types of cereal. After a lovely night, the morning was a bit of a let down.

Nothing! I booked it solely because I could not get home to Manchester that night and, therefore, required overnight accommodation. It was cheap, but when you add the taxi fares to and from Heathrow, I would have been better served getting a room at Heathrow itself.
The room smelt of tobacco smoke, and the hotel was full of dss

The hotel is reportedly now a council property with only 4 rooms available for outside guests and remaining are council tenants. The hotel used to be good which is why I have repeatedly come here but now I guess I may stay at some other better option.

A few minor faults within the room.

The hotel was convenient for Heathrow Airport. The room was warm. The price was very economic for London.
Facilities were not really suitable for infants - no high chairs available in the dining area. However, it was most suitable for adults.

Staff very friendly needs updating but comfortable and my room was clean and enjoyed mys short stay. No complaints at all and would stay again as felt comfortable. Mary the House Keeper was lovely and thank you all so much.
Feel a non smoking environment which is law a large Ash Tray should be put outside for the residence as looks rather shabby!

Good value for money considering the room was basic. Convenient for Heathrow.
Did not like the fact that there was only white bread available at breakfast nor that there was not sufficient parking space, although described as a hotel with parking.
